HATCHET HEAD SERIES

Hatchet Heads have a unique shape that displaces water differently than a standard ball head. They have more surface area, creating better color exposure and a larger light reflection area. The wedge shaped head will deflect obstructions better when fishing structure such as brush tops, resulting in fewer snags while provoking reaction strikes.

This series of jigs is tied in my style that generates motion in the jig even when held steady in the water column. There is a bright color band right behind the head that adds an extra flash of color in the jig profile. In alot of bait fish prey there is a bright color patch on their head, this is the inspiration of the color band.

The color band thread is coated in a UV boat resin for superior durability!
