The differance in these bobbers is the metal gromet at the top and bottom of the bobber. The hole diameter is small enough to eleminate the need for a bead while stopping your bobber stop.
The metal top and bottom greatly improves the ability of your line to "slip" through the bobber, getting your crappie jig in the strike zone quickly.
The bottom metal gromet is removable allowing quick rigging and threading of the bobber. This feature also prevents "line grooving" and other damage from the weight or jighead to the bobber stem.
